HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GROUP COURSE FROM SOLARIS LANGUAGE SCHOOL?
Before purchasing a group language course, you must first register or log in to your account. You can do this in no time by filling out and submitting a simple form, which you can access in the preview of the selected course. Click on the PURCHASE COURSE button. In the pop-up window, register or log in to your existing account. After confirming the form, you can purchase a group course by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Subsequently, after the payment is credited to our account, we will enroll you in the course and contact you with further instructions.

CAN THE COURSE BE CANCELLED?
We reserve the right to cancel a group langauge course due to non-fulfilment of the minimum course capacity (minimum number is 3, for some courses 4 students). In this case, we will inform you of this fact no later than 3 working days before the start of the course and we are obliged to offer you an alternative solution: the possibility to attend another group language course, transfer the course fee to individual tuition or refund the course fee. In this case, the course fee is refundable in full.
WILL I GET A REFUND IF I STOP ATTENDING THE COURSE?
After the expiry of the 14day period during which we guarantee a refund under Article 9.1 of the Terms and Conditions, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the course fee in the event of obstacles on your part that prevent you from attending the group language classes.
CAN THE START OF A GROUP LANGUAGE COURSE BE POSTPONED?
We reserve the right to postpone the start and end of the group language course by 1 week if this is unavoidable for technical reasons.
WHAT IS SUBSTITUTE TEACHING?
In the event that it is not possible to provide group language lessons for serious reasons, we are entitled to choose substitute teaching – an alternative way of providing education. You will be notified of this fact in advance.
CAN A STUDENT BE EXCLUDED FROM A GROUP COURSE?
We reserve the right to refuse or additionally exclude from the group language classes a student who violates the basic principles of civil coexistence.
How to purchase a GROUP LANGUAGE COURSE
- Preview a course by clicking on its name.
- On the page of the selected group language course, click on the GET COURSE button.
- In the pop-up window, choose to log in to an existing user account or a new registration, fill in the login details or sign up (the password must contain at least 8 characters, at least one capital letter and one number), and then send the form using the orange button.
- Now, after clicking on the GET COURSE button, you will be redirected to the checkout page, where you can pay for the group language course by bank transfer, PayPal or payment card (via the Stripe payment processing platform). To pay with employee benefits, please contact us by e-mail. By accepting the payment to our account, you will be enrolled in the course and then you will receive all the necessary information from us.
