Upcoming GROUP LANGUAGE COURSES

Before purchasing a group language course, you must first register or log in to your account. You can do this in no time by filling out and submitting a simple form, which you can access in the preview of the selected course. Click on the PURCHASE COURSE button. In the pop-up window, register or log in to your existing account. After confirming the form, you can purchase a group course by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Subsequently, after the payment is credited to our account, we will enroll you in the course and contact you with further instructions.

We reserve the right to cancel a group langauge course due to non-fulfilment of the minimum course capacity (minimum number is 3, for some courses 4 students). In this case, we will inform you of this fact no later than 3 working days before the start of the course and we are obliged to offer you an alternative solution: the possibility to attend another group language course, transfer the course fee to individual tuition or refund the course fee. In this case, the course fee is refundable in full.

After the expiry of the 14day period during which we guarantee a refund under Article 9.1 of the Terms and Conditions, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the course fee in the event of obstacles on your part that prevent you from attending the group language classes.

We reserve the right to postpone the start and end of the group language course by 1 week if this is unavoidable for technical reasons.

In the event that it is not possible to provide group language lessons for serious reasons, we are entitled to choose an alternative way of providing teaching. You will be notified of this fact in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse or additionally exclude from the group language classes a student who violates the basic principles of civil coexistence.
