We process the following customer data that are necessary for the execution of orders: name, surname, street, postcode, city, state, mobile phone, e-mail, or ID and VAT number if need be.

Your personal data will be securely stored, collected, processed and archived for the purpose of keeping accounting records and documents for a period of 5 years (according to the Accounting Act – Act No. 563/1991) from the last order executed.

It is the responsibility of the controller to transmit to the data carrier all the information processed about him in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. The User has the right to ask the Data Controller to rectify the situation in case of suspicion of incorrectness of the stored data.

The User has the right to have the Administrator restrict the processing of his/her personal data or to disable access to selected personal data or to temporarily remove published data.
11. Right to erasure
The user has the right to erasure of his/her personal data without undue delay if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or processed and if the legal reason for their possible archiving has ceased to exist.
12. The right to be forgotten
The user has the right to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to delete all references to his personal data and their copies, if any legal reason for their possible archiving has ceased to exist.
13. Right to object
The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data or if he does not have the opportunity to exercise the right to erasure.
14. Right to lodge a complaint
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he believes that the processing of his personal data violates the GDPR.
15. Data protection security
We have modern control, technical and security mechanisms ensuring the protection of the processed data against unauthorized access or transmission, against their loss or destruction, as well as against other possible misuse.
In the event of failure to provide consent and personal data, we will not be able to provide you with the above services after the entry into force of the European Regulation.
